It's official: Peter Jackson, New Line Cinema, and MGM are now officially working together to get two movies based on the JRR Tolkien "The Hobbit" into theaters for us all to enjoy.
Apparently New Line and MGM are co-financing and co-distributing while Peter and Company are pegged as Executive Producer(s). More ...
